Delivery & Returns

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping throughout Belgium, as well as internationally to Europe.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed.

Orders placed after 1 pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.

 

WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

For BE we ship using Bpost. This means you can expect delivery in around 3 working days.

OUTSIDE BELGIUM

Within Europe we use Bpost; you should receive your order within 5-10 working days

**Please note due to current circumstances postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service**

Bpost regular updates on the current circumstances & how it may affect services.

I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL / I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at hallo@tinika.be and we’ll be happy to help.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We use a Stripe & creditcard payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days in Belgium or longer than 14 business days within Europe then please contact us at hallo@tinika.be and we will be able to help.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT OR DAMAGED

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at hallo@tinika.be with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at hallo@tinika.be and we will be able to help from there.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and we don’t do refunds.
